Jarod was on time, performed the work as requested, and was flexible enough to make suggestions on the best way to improve the safety of our old wiring and save money where possible. I especially appreciated the fact that he didn't talk down to me, as a female. He was pleasant to work with, while maintaining a professional attitude and work ethic. I also like the way all his estimates, scheduling, invoicing, etc. are automated. Someone always answers the phone and he always calls back. Don't bother calling those other guys. IES is the best."
